Ursula Callistis (アーシュラ・カリスティス), born Chariot du Nord (シャリオ・デュノール) and also known by her stage name Shiny Chariot (シャイニィシャリオ), is one of the main protagonists in Little Witch Academia, serving as the deuteragonist of the second half. She is the Magic Astronomy teacher at Luna Nova Magical Academy and the mentor (and idol) of Atsuko Kagari.
She is voiced Noriko Hidaka in the Japanese dub and Alexis Nichols in the English dub.
The character of Ursula is depicted as a caring and selfless mentor who is willing to sacrifice her own happiness for the sake of her student. I was really disappointed with "Little Witch Academia: Ursula". As a big fan of the original series, I had high hopes for this spin-off, but it felt rushed and poorly executed. The animation quality was noticeably lower, and the storyline felt disjointed. I also felt that Ursula, who was such a beloved character in the original series, was not given the depth and development she deserved in this spin-off. Overall, it just didn't live up to the magic of the original series.

I found "Little Witch Academia: Ursula" to be a waste of time. The story was uninteresting and predictable, and the characters lacked depth.
