Kira and Rune are two characters in the book I recently read. They have a unique interaction throughout the story. Kira, a young and talented artist, is known for her ability to see and communicate with spirits. On the other hand, Rune is a troubled teenager with a shadowy past. Their paths first cross when Kira is assigned to help Rune uncover the truth about his missing parents. At first, their interaction is tense and filled with mistrust.
