Once upon a time, in the enchanting land of Gkofy, there was a magical mishap that occurred, known as the "Gkofy Magical Mix Up." This incident caused quite a stir among the inhabitants of the land and turned their lives upside down. In Gkofy, magic was a way of life. It flowed through the rivers, danced in the air, and shimmered in every corner. The magical beings of Gkofy relied on their magic for everyday tasks, from growing crops to lighting up their homes. But this particular mix up was unlike anything they had ever experienced before.

And yet, there s something so appealing about being able to cross our legs or sit like a guy, and not have to think about tugging down hems when we stand up. But this particular mix up was unlike anything they had ever experienced before. It all started when the renowned magician, Merlin the Magnificent, was experimenting with a new spell that could enhance the magical abilities of Gkofy's residents. Little did he know that a mispronounced incantation and a misplaced wand flick would have such devastating consequences.

General Returns Policy
Clothing & shoes may be returned for a refund within five (5) business days of purchase with a sales receipt. A store credit or exchange will be given for returned items within ten (10) days of purchase. Returned items must be unworn with price tags intact. Handbags, sunglasses, jewelry, lingerie, accessories, special orders, trunk show items, and DISCOUNTED or SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for a store credit. All returned items must have been purchased from Monkee's of Ridgeland.

Online Purchase Return Policy
In order to be eligible for a refund, a return must be postmarked within FIVE (5) days of DELIVERY of the order. The five day window begins on the day the package is delivered, Refunds will be made to the card used in the original transaction within twenty-four hours of receipt of a return. Please allow up to FOUR (4) business days for payment to process and the balance of the refund to reflect in your account once a refund has been issued.

For all returns postmarked between 5-10 days of DELIVERY, an exchange may be made for an item currently in stock at Monkee’s of Ridgeland. If an exchange is not requested, a store credit will be issued. Store credit does not expire, and may be used at any time on in-store or online purchases.

Shipping

Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is a flat fee of $8 on all orders under $200. If your order total exceeds $200, standard shipping is free. We ship via USPS and UPS, Monday-Friday. All orders placed after 6PM on Friday will ship on Monday.

After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your package via email. Please note that shipping speed will vary based on your location, however, most orders arrive within 2-5 business days.

Expedited Shipping
If your order requires expedited shipping, please call our store before placing your order online and we will assist you with your purchase. Expedited shipping rates vary, and the full cost of expedited shipping is at the expense of the customer.

Shipping on all orders is nonrefundable. Any order that is returned, including orders that are over $200 and shipped for free, will be subject to an $8 shipping deduction from the refund amount to cover the cost of shipping. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on all returns.

Once a package has left our store and is in the possession of the shipping center, Monkee’s of Ridgeland is not responsible for the on-time delivery of your package. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and cannot guarantee the on-time delivery of any order, even one with expedited shipping.

The mix-up had forced them to think outside the box and find alternative ways to accomplish their daily tasks. People who were unable to fly invented new means of transportation, using enchanted amulets and mystical charms to traverse the land. The Gkofians also developed a newfound appreciation for their unique abilities. The mix-up forced them to explore new aspects of magic and pushed the boundaries of their capabilities. Some discovered hidden talents they never knew they possessed, leading to the birth of new magical practices in Gkofy. Finally, after months of relentless effort, the residents managed to rectify the mishap. With the help of Merlin the Magnificent and wise elders, they cast a counter-spell that restored their magical abilities to their rightful state. The town square regained its tranquility, and daily life in Gkofy resumed its usual magical rhythm. The "Gkofy Magical Mix Up" became a tale told from generation to generation, reminding the inhabitants of Gkofy of the importance of unity, resilience, and adaptability.
