My stay at the guesthouse near Magic Springs in Arkansas was a complete disaster. The place was filthy and smelled like mold. The beds had stains on them, and the bathroom was in a terrible condition with rusty fixtures and a broken shower head. Moreover, the room was infested with bugs. It was an absolute nightmare trying to sleep in such an environment. The owners were unhelpful and dismissive when we complained about the conditions. I would strongly advise against staying at this guesthouse if you value cleanliness and comfort.

There was no air conditioning, and the windows were not sufficiently soundproofed, which made sleeping almost impossible due to the constant noise coming from the nearby road. The bathroom was in dire need of renovation, with a broken toilet seat and a leaky faucet. The worst part was the lack of cleanliness throughout the guesthouse. Dust and grime were obvious everywhere you looked. Save yourself the trouble and find better accommodations.
