As a die-hard Georgia Tech alumni, I have to admit that I am not a fan of the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets school mascot. While I understand that it represents our school spirit and traditions, I find it to be outdated and unappealing. The yellow jacket insect itself may have a fierce reputation, but it doesn't translate well into a mascot costume. Moreover, the costume lacks creativity and appears worn out. I believe it's time for Georgia Tech to consider updating their mascot to something more modern and captivating.
