Since I was planning on saving my treat for later I chose a wrapped version, finally settling on a thick, perfectly square slab of white chocolate brownie goodness called the Snow Witch. The presentation of the brownies was certainly adorable; wrapped Witches are folded into tiny squares of plastic and topped with illustrated stickers individual to each flavor and variety.
They also have seasonal and limited edition brownies that are sure to delight any sweet tooth. Another location of Fat Witch Bakery can be found in the Upper West Side of Manhattan. This location offers the same delicious brownies as the Chelsea Market location, making it convenient for those who live or work in the area.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Fat Witch Bakery. Firstly, the location was inconvenient and difficult to find. Once I arrived, the service was slow and lackluster. The staff seemed disinterested and apathetic towards customers. As for the baked goods, they were far from the delicious treats I had heard about. The brownies were dry and tasted stale, lacking the rich and gooey texture I was expecting. Overall, I would not recommend visiting any of the Fat Witch Bakery locations based on my disappointing visit.

The overall experience left me underwhelmed and I believe there are better bakeries out there to satisfy my sweet tooth.
