Suddenly, he realizes it’s his turn for the talent show and EllRay is really nervous. How does his performance go? You will have to read it to see if EllRay is magical or a big flop.
In my opinion, EllRay Jakes is Magic by Sally Warner is a hilarious book that when you read you can’t stop laughing. First of all, there are unexpected events. For example, Fiona recites a really sad poem for the talent show. Another reason is that it teaches you to be thoughtful. For example, all the characters work together to make a book for their teacher’s wedding. Last but not least, it has funny characters. For instance, EllRay’s little sister Alfie always says “EllWay” instead of EllRay. All in all, EllRay Jakes is Magic by Sally Warner is a very exciting book. Abracadabra!
