The **Curse of the No Life King** is a legend that has captivated people's imagination for centuries. This tale revolves around a king who becomes so obsessed with his power and control that he loses touch with all aspects of life. Inferno spells and icy dessert
This game seems to be going out of its way to screw over Inferno casters.
There are basically no spells you can find in the early portion of the game. The first two bosses give Radiant and Umbral spells, and there are vendors for Radiant and Umbral spells that sell more.
The vendor for Inferno spells only has one additional spell, and you need to permanently give away a talisman that is better than anything you find until the last zone of the game to unlock her.
It's not until half way through the game that you start seeing strong Inferno spells. Literally the first boss in the game drops an angel summoning spell.
This weirdness goes so far that the Pointed Stick and the Bell Staff, which are effectively the same weapon with different magic scaling the Radiant one is just slightly better across the board.
I don't know. I'm having a decent time with this game, but it's just starting to feel kind of weird how much the game seems to favor Radiant and Umbral casters in the progression.

My friends who have tried it immediately respec'd or restarted their play through. I haven't personally tried inferno or umbral, only radiance because it really does give you great options early.
Although, I do not think that they get "the stronger spells" until the middle of the game. Rather though, they get slight crumbs throughout. The spell you get from the lady missing a hand is really good. Just requires a bit of patience that is not deserved, but rewarded later on.

Though the king continues to rule his kingdom, his existence becomes a hollow shell of what it once was. Living in a perpetual state of discontentment and emptiness, the king's life becomes an example of the dangers of unchecked ambition and the consequences of losing touch with the human experience.
