This is the worst experience I've had with a nail salon. The salon was dirty to begin with. My mother and I made an appointment and returned. When we returned only I was able to get my pedicure and my mother and I were hoping to have it together since we hadn't seen each other in a while. When I asked the young girl if my mom and I could have ours done together she snapped at me "we can only fit you in when we can." Even though we had appointments! The young girl never massages my legs or feet and had me walk barefoot through the dirty salon after my pedicure. When I was having my manicure done she clipped so far down on my nails that today two of them are bruised under the nail. My manicure had lines through it and looked like an amateur did it! I accident messed up one of my toe nails because I tried to put my shoe on (which she didn't help me with like most salons) and when I apologized and asked her to fix it she huffed her breath and got mad. Once my mother and I saw how bad my manicure was I asked the girl to please just take the polish off. She then proceeded to tell me I had to wait. Once she attended to me she took it off. I asked her to please refund the money of the manicure. At that point she refused and said she still gave me service. I was the client and I was not treated as so and I received the ugliest manicure i ever have. I do not recommend this salon to anyone. They fail to keep appointment times, the young girl has a nasty attutude, the salon is dirty, and two of my nails today are sore and bruised.
