I would just go pf tek. It is truly not as scary as it sounds. I'll help ya If ya cant figure out the search engine heheh

it is pretty damn cheap, but you only get 3 jars. Spend 13 bucks on 1/2 pint jars. another 2 on brown rice. then like 5 or 6 on some verm. This way the money you spend will allow you to do more than one grow. Just take the brown rice and let it sit and dry if it isnt(i put them in the oven on low for like 5 min). then grind the rice up in a coffee grinder. Better brf tecture than store bought brf.

I bought that exact kit for my first time when i was 9 in Russia, here's what you need to know about it, the jars that came with it worked fine and produced a high yield, however, the aquarium is a no go, make a PMP or shotgun, and it will all work out fine, also by a seperate syringe or print of spores, the one syringe that comes with it is only a sponge mushroom i believe sooo that means no ; also the syringe they gave me contained no spores, so basically in the end all i got our of that was 3 substrate jars, here's my advice if you don't want it, buy substrate jars on some other sponsored site you can get bigger jars for probably a better price, or if you want more bang for your buck, buy a large substrate bag and try bulk growing haha might i recommend your first strain be Albino Penis Envy or Penis Envy Uncut they're great on potency (in my opinion) and an interesting strain, the only reason you wouldn't like it is if you're homophobic, if you are, i have a a closing statement, stop running from your secret homoerotic fantasies, they'll catch up with you eventually haha!

yea, but for a first time grower i'd play it say and get a grow bag from a trusted site, unless you take the path to becoming a mycologist and want to get into it for hobby like i and many others on this sight have, but if you're just trying to have a "recreational trip" or two you might not want to invest in the knowledge, but in no way am i undermining doc, she's far more brilliant mycologically speaking than I, listen to her haha

Bags are great if you have clean inoculant, but a spore syringe isn't necessarily clean.
So pf cakes or agar are a better choice for a first time cultivator.

Also very true, i brought all my spores from Russia so they're pretty not similar to alot of the american strains, however i have experimented with alot of the strains here and i haven't had a problem with a spore syringe being dirty yet. just my observation
