The threat of the Six Eyes was enough for a bounty of over a hundred thousand to be placed on the child's head. However, no one was ever able to claim it, and Satoru's overwhelming presence altered the balance of the jujutsu world. He stripped curse users of their freedom, keeping all evil forces in check. [9]
16 They ultimately failed and the remnants of that group continue to realize Suguru s dream by aligning themselves with Mahito and the other highly intelligent cursed spirits. Finally, there are Decapitation journeys that see you face off against Radukar s favoured lieutenants, such as Watch Captain Halgrim and Torgillius the Chamberlain.
Each category brings forth its own unique set of challenges and requires a different skill set from the magicians. The competition is fierce, with magicians vying for the top spot in each category. Judges, who are seasoned professionals in the field, meticulously evaluate the performances based on creativity, technical skill, showmanship, and overall impact.
Outrun a Horrifying Tide of Pure Death Magic in Cursed City’s Journeys
Your heroic band of adventurers don’t take trips to Ulfenkarn to just see the sights, despite how much they may want to visit the gorgeous gardens and welcoming taverns . No, each trip within the city walls has a specific purpose – whether it’s to slay the undead hordes, to find treasure that will help in your quest to overcome the evil tyrant Radukar the Wolf , or to rescue citizens from an unending, almost-sentient tide of earth, gravestones, and wailing spirits seeking to devour everything in its path.
Start Your Journey
There are four different journey types in Warhammer Quest: Cursed City. Each one has a specific goal and moves the overall narrative of your quest along. Of course, if your journey is unsuccessful, it can have drastic ramifications for the population of Ulfenkarn.
Malicious Mechanics
The city of Ulfenkarn is subject to two conditions – influence and fear. While you work to destroy each of Radukar’s lieutenants, and the Wolf King himself, you need to keep an eye on both of these factors. If the citizenry succumbs to fear, Ulfenkarn itself will be swallowed by the voracious Shyish Nadir. If Radukar’s influence in the city grows too strong, the Wolf King will destroy your airship, the Adamant , and put an end to your efforts.
On the Hunt
The first type of journey helps to alleviate the level of Radukar’s influence in the city. Hunt Journeys see your band of heroes seeking to defeat as many of the Wolf King’s minions as possible to weaken his hold on the city.
X Marks the Spot
The second type of journey, Scavenge, sees your team searching the Cursed City for treasure. You could find useful items such as the cursecatcher* or realmstone, which can be spent to improve your equipment for later journeys into Ulfenkarn.
In a Deliverance journey, a Suffocating Gravetide roams the streets of Ufenkarn, and only you can save the citizens from this endless spell. Can you stay ahead of the near-sentient magical energy AND rescue at least eight people? If you can, the level of fear will shrink in the Cursed City.
Unlike the other types of journey, which use a fixed map, Deliverance journeys have a rolling map, built using exploration cards. Who knows which bit of town you’ll end up in.
Off With Their Heads
Finally, there are Decapitation journeys that see you face off against Radukar’s favoured lieutenants, such as Watch Captain Halgrim and Torgillius the Chamberlain . If you want to get to Radukar the Wolf and lift the curse from Ulfenkarn, you’ll have to get past his ogre bodyguards, the Korsargi Nightguard.**

** When you’re a human vampire as big as the Wolf, you only trust ogors to look out for you.

It provides a space for them to exchange ideas, share techniques, and network with fellow magicians. 1. Emma - 2 stars - I was really disappointed with "Ultimate Magic 400". The tricks were outdated and the instructions were hard to follow. I expected to be wowed and amazed, but instead, I found myself confused and unimpressed. The packaging was also flimsy and cheaply made. Overall, not worth the money.
2. Mike - 1 star - I regret purchasing "Ultimate Magic 400". The tricks were incredibly basic and lacked any element of surprise or wonder. The materials provided were of poor quality, and some of them even broke during my attempts to perform the tricks. It seemed like a cash grab rather than a genuine attempt to provide a quality magic set. Save your money and look for a better magic set elsewhere.
3. Sarah - 2 stars - As a beginner in magic, I was excited to try "Ultimate Magic 400", but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. The tricks included were very basic and felt outdated. I would not recommend this set to anyone looking to learn and perform impressive magic tricks.
4. John - 2 stars - "Ultimate Magic 400" was a letdown for me. The tricks included were too simplistic and lacked any real impact. I expected to be amazed, but the tricks felt more like a simple party trick rather than professional magic. The quality of the props was also subpar, and some of them seemed like they wouldn't last long. Overall, it didn't live up to its name and I wouldn't recommend it to serious magic enthusiasts.
