The spooky curse of La Llorona is a popular legend that originates from Latin American folklore. The tale revolves around a ghostly woman who is said to roam the earth, crying and searching for her lost children. According to the legend, La Llorona was once a beautiful young woman who fell in love with a wealthy man. However, when he betrayed her and married someone else, she became filled with jealousy and anger. Unable to bear the pain, she took her own children and drowned them in a river. As soon as she realized what she had done, she was filled with remorse and grief, and she too drowned herself in the river.

The scares were predictable and lacked any real suspense. The acting was also subpar, with most of the characters feeling flat and uninteresting. Overall, I was hoping for a thrilling horror movie, but instead, I got a mediocre and forgettable experience.

2. Alex - 2/5 - I can't say I enjoyed watching "The spooky curse of la llorona." The plot was weak and lacked any depth or originality. It felt like a rehashed version of countless other supernatural horror films. The jumpscares were cheap and overused, and the overall atmosphere was not creepy or eerie at all. The characters were poorly developed, and I couldn't connect with any of them. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time on this film if you're looking for a genuinely scary and engaging horror movie.
