Secondary Magic Name: Blazing Shadow Dragon Slayer Magic

Description: After following a voice that had plagued her head for many weeks, Haretsa trained with the man known as Ayeseru on Shadow Island in order to unlock and control the powers of the second Dragon Slayer Lacrima within her; the powers of a Shadow Dragon Slayer. With this power, Haretsa is now able to bend shadows to her will as well as become one with them as she so desires. However, as the two of them quickly discovered, Haretsa’s Shadow Dragon magic was not an entirely separate magic from her primary. Having laid dormant and unfed for so many years without her knowing about it, the Shadow Dragon Lacrima inside Haretsa absorbed into it the magic power produced by the Fire Dragon Lacrima, making the shadows that she controls into black fire with a midnight purple outline to them. Haretsa has dubbed these powers as her Blazing Shadow Dragon Slayer Magic; a magic combining the strengths and weaknesses of her primary magic with the strengths and weaknesses of a Shadow Dragon.

Strengths:
Shares the strengths of 2nd Gen. Fire Dragon Slayer Magic

Haretsa can now eat shadows or shadow based magics to replenish her MP as long as it is not mixed with another element.

Allows Haretsa to blend in with the shadows, becoming virtually unseen by the naked eye during the night.

Haretsa has a passive damage reduction to shadow based spells that she can’t eat of:
2 Ranks above: 0%
1 Rank above: 10%
Same Rank: 25%
1 Rank below: 30%
2 Ranks below: 50%

Weaknesses:
Shares the weaknesses of 2nd Gen. Fire Dragon Slayer Magic

Shadows need light in order to exist, so if there is somehow complete and total darkness, then this magic becomes unusable.

Shadows and Light are constantly against one another, creating a double edged sword of Haretsa’s shadow spells being able to dodge light spells and continue towards their target, but any light spells will conversely dodge her shadow spells and hit her as well.

Haretsa cannot eat the shadows of the magic she produces, nor can she eat the Shadows of god/demon slayers.

Abilities:

Prey Stalker: Haretsa is able to become one with the shadows at will, allowing her to swim effortlessly and undetected as long as there are shadows to travel through. This is primarily an ability used for reconnaissance and out of combat travel; limited in range only by the amount of shadows in a given area. Haretsa is also immune to things like gravity or earthquakes because she is in another realm essentially (though a tremor breaking apart the ground will still makes things more hectic for her to fly through in the shadow world.) While Haretsa is virtually undetectable in this realm (save for other shadow slayers that can enter this same realm and mages of a higher rank than Haretsa can still sense her magically), Haretsa cannot immediately attack out of the shadows while using this ability; magic or otherwise (AKA NOT A COMBAT ABILITY). Has a maximum speed of 27 (54 at B, 108 at A, 216 at S) meters per second.

Void Dash: Utilizing her ability to merge with the shadows, Haretsa is able to dodge 1 spell of her rank or lower and no higher(as long as it makes sense, i.e it's not moving at like mach 1 or something) at the cost of 5% at C, 4.5% at B, 4% at A, and 3.5% at S, of her MP. She can then travel through the shadows undetectable (except for those higher than her that can still sense her magically) up to 25 meters at C, 30 at B, 35 at A, and 40 meters at S rank at 10 meters per second. Haretsa can either use this to simply reposition herself into a more favorable position or stage a counter attack from the shadows. If she counter attacks, she can’t be directly behind her opponent, the spell must be from her Secondary Magic spells or her Primary ONLY while she is in Fusion Force (a.k.a Hybrid Mode) and the spell cannot be higher than B rank. In addition, the spell will cost 5% more mana to cast than it normally would. This ability has a cooldown of 4 posts if a C rank is dodged, 5 if B, 7 if A, and 9 if S.

Signature (Locked until S):

Signature:
Name: Blazing Shadow Dragon’s Burst Inferno
Rank: S
Type: Offensive AoE
Duration: Instant
Cooldown: 4 posts
Description: Placing her thumb on her middle finger, Haretsa will conjure a small flaming shadow around these two appendages as she points them down at the ground. A large, circular, flaming shadow will then spread outward from her own up to 50 meters in every direction from where she is standing. Haretsa will then snap her flaming fingers as she pulls her arm up; causing an outburst of flaming shadows to rise up to 50 meters in the air like an erupting volcano.
Strengths:
Can hit opponents either in the air or on the ground.

Hits multiple opponents
Weaknesses:
Only deals full rank spell damage to those within the first twenty five meters vertically or horizontally.

Those beyond the twenty five range will only receive 75% of the spells damage.

Can easily hit allies due to its wide area of effect.

D Rank Spell:

Name: Blazing Shadow Dragon’s Fang
Rank: D
Type: Offensive
Duration:Instant
Cooldown: 3 posts
Description: Gathering flaming shadows into the palm of her hand, Haretsa will thrust her arm forward as she calls out the spell. When she does, the flaming shadows will launch forth in an arcing stream up to 15 meters from Haretsa’s location at 5 meters per second before bearing down on their target like a dragon’s fang.

Strengths:
- Good single target
- Since it arcs upward, the spell is able to avoid clashing with other D rank ranged spells with ease.
- The spell is relatively fast.

Weaknesses:
- Doesn’t arc over physical spells from the opponent, meaning those will still cancel it out.
- Cannot arc over C rank or higher spells
- Easily dealt with by Water/Earth/Wind spells of higher rank
- Only travels in one direction once it has been fired

C Rank Spell:

Name: Blazing Shadow Dragon’s Reaping Tail
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Duration:Instant
Cooldown:4 posts
Description: Focusing on either of her feet, Haretsa builds up flaming shadows around that foot before stomping it into the ground. Upon doing this, a flaming stream of shadows travels forth stemming from Haretsa’s own shadow out up to 25 meters around Haretsa at 8 meters per second. When the shadow reaches its target, it will quickly burst out behind the opponent in the shape of 7 ft long scythe, slashing down on the opponent’s back and leaving them with a nasty cut.

Strengths:
- Useful for surprise attacks.
- Very useful at night, making the shadow incredibly difficult to see coming.
- Fairly quick, making it harder to dodge for C rank foes.

Weaknesses:
- Anyone B rank or higher will have an easier time seeing and/or sensing the attack coming.
- Not very useful against flying opponents.
- Doesn’t do much against Wind/Water/Earth/Light element defenses and armors of equal or higher rank.
- Can be seen/sensed easily by other Shadow magic users of C rank or higher.

B Rank Spell:

Name: Blazing Shadow Dragon’s Dread Talon
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Duration: Instant
Cooldown: 5 posts
Description: Haretsa will send out a flaming shadow stealthily towards her intended target up to 25 meters away from where spell was launched from. Once this shadow is close to her target, it will pop up into the real world and take the form of a large talon 3 meters wide and 5 meters tall. The talon will then forcefully drag its target rapidly along the ground either away from or towards Haretsa up to the distance it travelled to grab said person; burning them along the entire trip before violently exploding.
Strengths:
Deals B rank physical damage in addition to regular B rank spell damage

Provides utility in either creating distance between Haretsa and her opponent or bringing in an opponent for a followup attack.
Weaknesses:
Haretsa can't use spells against opponents that are being dragged

Has a generally shorter range than most other B rank spells.

Can be physically broken out of by A rank or higher mages, causing only 50% spell damage to occur.

A Rank Spell:

Name: Blazing Shadow Dragon’s Scales
Rank: A
Type: Buff
Duration: 6 posts
Cooldown: 7 posts
Description: Haretsa will gather a large amount of her flaming shadows around her body before commanding them to wrap around her body as a form of protection; increasing several physical factors and leaving only her flaming red eyes visible.
Strengths:
Reduces incoming physical damage by 50%

Increases Haretsa’s physical damage by 25%

Reduces incoming spell damage by 15%
Weaknesses:
Once the spell has ended, Haretsa will receive 2X damage from physical attacks for two posts.

Drains 3% of Haretsa’s mana every two posts that the buff is active due to keeping the flames focused around her once they’ve been hit by opposing attacks.

Does not reduce spell damage of elements Haretsa is weak too.

Overrides Unique Ability buffs from both her Primary or Secondary magics that apply similar bonuses.
