I had a terrible experience at Magiv Nails in Lakeville, NY. First of all, the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. They did not greet me when I entered and seemed to be more interested in chatting amongst themselves rather than providing good customer service. As for the actual nail service, it was subpar at best. The technician was rough and seemed to be rushing through the process. My nails ended up looking sloppy and uneven. I will not be returning to this salon in the future.
