I had a terrible experience with Magical Homes in Kissimmee, FL. First of all, the house we booked looked nothing like the pictures provided on their website. It was outdated, dirty, and smelled strongly of mildew. The beds were uncomfortable and the linens looked like they hadn't been washed in weeks. The kitchen appliances were old and barely worked. The worst part was the customer service. We had several issues during our stay and when we reached out to the management, they were dismissive and unresponsive. I would not recommend staying at Magical Homes.

I was highly disappointed with my stay at Magical Homes in Kissimmee, FL. The house we rented was advertised as having a private pool, but when we arrived, we found out that the pool was shared with multiple other houses in the complex. It was overcrowded and not well-maintained. The cleanliness of the house was subpar, with visible dust and stains on the furniture. The WiFi was extremely slow and the TV had limited channels. Additionally, the location was not ideal as it was quite far from major attractions. Overall, I would not choose Magical Homes again for my vacation rental needs.

I would advise anyone considering Magical Homes to look elsewhere for their accommodation needs.
