I have to say, I was really disappointed with "Magical girl incident manta". The story was all over the place and the characters were flat and uninteresting. I was expecting some compelling magical girl action, but instead, I got a convoluted mess of a plot with no clear direction. The animation was also lackluster, which made it even harder for me to stay engaged. Overall, I would not recommend this anime to anyone looking for a satisfying magical girl experience.

I found "Magical girl incident manta" to be incredibly boring and confusing. The pacing was painfully slow, and the plot didn't make much sense to me. The characters were forgettable, and their motivations were unclear. The animation quality was also subpar, with choppy movements and uninspired art. I kept hoping that the story would improve, but unfortunately, it only got worse. I would not recommend wasting your time on this anime.
