Have you ever heard about magical footwear in Irvington? It may sound unbelievable, but there have been numerous reports of people finding enchanted shoes in this small town. The story, along with it’s horrific atmosphere, is what makes this game great even though at times you are extremely limited to what you can know about the story if you don’t do certain actions. Most of the sequences are told though mission like objectives followed by a small cutscenes then another another character. Add that with being in twelve episode segments (US release had to download four packs of three episodes each digitally while the EU and Japan release had them all on physical disc) you’re really drip fed the lore and history as well as current happenings of the village of Hanuda.
Each of the main characters seemingly find themselves caught up in the horror of this small village with it’s rituals and ensuing chaos of demonic, zombie like ‘Shibito’ running amok that seem to get more and more mutated as the game progresses.
Howard Wright is a young high school student who has recently moved to Japan who was seemingly told to come to the village by Sam Monroe, a man part of an American television crew. Sam also brought along his wife, Melissa, and daughter, Bella, as well as the crew’s designated camera man Sol Jackson. There are also the mysterious village residents of Amana and Miyako along with Dr Seigo Saiga.
Being a re imagining of the original Siren game there were quite a few changes and they were right to change it up enough to feel like a different game but with enough to keep a familiar, haunting feeling and it was done amazingly. It is unknown where she was sent or even why but we do know that in order to survive she did what she had to at at some point a few years later she resorted to eating the corpse of Kaiko that Howard killed that was also sent back with her.
Another type of magical footwear that has been discovered in Irvington is the dancing shoes. These elegant ballet flats are said to have the power to transform even the clumsiest dancer into a graceful performer. Many aspiring dancers have come to Irvington to find these enchanted shoes and unlock their full dancing potential.
SIREN BLOOD CURSE – The Unending Love
This Japanese survival horror game sure is a very odd game from it’s starting right to it’s very end. Being a re imagining of the original Siren game there were quite a few changes and they were right to change it up enough to feel like a different game but with enough to keep a familiar, haunting feeling and it was done amazingly. This game has held the top spot of my personal list of scariest horror games just above Alien: Isolation, Penumbra and Silent Hill 2.

The store had a very limited selection and the staff seemed disinterested in helping me find what I was looking for. The prices were also quite high for the quality of the shoes they were selling. Overall, I didn't feel like this store lived up to the hype at all.
2. Mike - 1/5 stars - Magical Footwear was a complete waste of my time. Not only did they not have the size I was looking for, but the staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. They seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than assisting customers. I definitely won't be returning to this store.

The store was messy and disorganized, making it difficult to find what I was looking for. The staff was somewhat helpful, but seemed overwhelmed and understaffed.
