I sent them the tracking number from the post office as they requested and mailed them at my own expense to the address given to me by them. I have all the emails that I sent with the responses from them. I returned the purses then end of December 2022 and now they will not respond to any of my emails.

I had a very unpleasant experience at the Mafic Carpet Inn. First of all, the room was dirty and poorly maintained. There were dirty stains on the carpet, and it smelled musty. The bathroom had mold in the shower and the towels provided were threadbare and old. The noise from the neighboring rooms and outside was unbearable, and I couldn't get a good night's sleep. The staff was unhelpful and seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns. Overall, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
