Little Witch Academia is a popular anime series that revolves around the adventures of a young witch named Atsuko "Akko" Kagari. The series takes place in a magical school called Luna Nova Magical Academy. In the series, Akko idolizes a famous witch named Shiny Chariot and dreams of becoming a great witch just like her. One of the main characters in Little Witch Academia is Ursula Callistis, also known as Professor Ursula or Chariot du Nord. Ursula is a teacher at Luna Nova and becomes a mentor figure to Akko. However, there is a twist to Ursula's character - she is actually the true identity of Shiny Chariot, the witch that Akko looks up to.

Ursula aspired to become a witch who could make people smile from her early childhood, though she had a rough start to achieve it due to her passion for magic exceeded her skill. It took the Fountain of Polaris' rejection that she realized determination and dedication being essential to achieve her dreams. With her newfound resolve, she started to work harder and took her studies more seriously, eventually earning the power of the stars for her determination and dedication. Not only that, her faithfulness to her belief that magic should be used to make people happy was what led to Claiomh Solais aka. Shiny Rod appeared before her and with it, the quest to revive Yggdrasil through unlocking all Seven Words of Arcturus necessary to unseal Grand Triskellion. However, shortly after her graduation which saw her becoming the famed magical stage performer Shiny Chariot while still in the middle of such important quest, Ursula found herself biting off more than she could chew; the public's growing expectations coupled with uneventful circumstances beyond her control (Woodward's aloof treatment on Croix which led to the latter's fall in to the darkness which in turn, led to her tricked Ursula to use Dream Fuel Spirit which drained her audience of their magical abilities including Akko and Diana's during her fateful show at Japan) led to her tragic downfall.

Ursula carries a heavy burden from her past and struggles with feelings of guilt and regret. As the series progresses, Ursula's relationship with Akko deepens, and she becomes more involved in Akko's journey to fulfill her dreams. Ursula plays a pivotal role in helping Akko unlock her full potential and discover the true power of believing in herself. Ursula is a complex and well-written character, with her own hopes, dreams, and motivations. She serves as a source of inspiration for Akko and other students at Luna Nova, reminding them that magic can be found in even the smallest of tasks and that believing in oneself is essential to success. In conclusion, Ursula Callistis is an integral character in Little Witch Academia, serving as both a mentor and a symbol of hope for the young witches at Luna Nova. Her role as the true identity of Shiny Chariot adds an intriguing layer to her character, making her an essential part of the series' narrative and themes..

1. Amanda - 2/5 - I was really excited to watch "Little Witch Academia: Ursula" after hearing all the hype, but I was quite disappointed. The storyline felt very rushed and underdeveloped. It lacked enough depth and substance to keep me engaged throughout the movie. Additionally, I found the character development to be weak and insufficient. It felt like the characters were thrown into the story, and I didn't have enough time to properly connect with them. Overall, it didn't meet my expectations and I left feeling unsatisfied.

2. John - 3/5 - "Little Witch Academia: Ursula" had its moments, but as a whole, it fell short for me. The animation was beautiful, and the magical elements were quite enchanting.
