No reason is really given for this, they get Evey to translate the writing on it but Ancient Chinese isn t her specialty so why they would need her specifically is still unclear.

1. John - 1 star
I was extremely disappointed by "Holiday Magic Bouquet". The flowers arrived wilted and already starting to die. The arrangement was nothing like the vibrant and full bouquet I had expected. The colors were dull and the flowers were clearly of low quality. I contacted customer service for a refund, but they were unhelpful and unapologetic. I would not recommend purchasing this bouquet.

I was underwhelmed by the "Holiday Magic Bouquet". The flowers looked cheap and not at all like the picture advertised. The arrangement lacked creativity and seemed hastily put together. The vase was also much smaller than anticipated. Overall, I felt like I overpaid for a subpar bouquet. I will not be ordering from this florist again.
3. Sarah - 2 stars
The "Holiday Magic Bouquet" was a letdown. The flowers arrived late, which was already frustrating. When I opened the package, I was disappointed to find that the flowers were already wilting and some petals had fallen off. The colors were also not as vibrant as shown in the picture. This was supposed to be a gift for my mother and I ended up feeling embarrassed by the poor quality of the bouquet. I would not recommend this product or the service.

I had high hopes for the "Holiday Magic Bouquet" but was thoroughly disappointed. The flowers were already starting to wither when they arrived, and the arrangement looked nothing like the picture online. It seemed like the florist just threw random flowers together without any thought or care. I reached out to customer service for a refund or replacement, but they were unresponsive. I will not be ordering from them again.
