Report: Ithaca’s ‘Magic Man’ targeted in Monday brawl
ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) — Ithaca Police continue investigating a large brawl that broke out Monday in the Commons.
The Ithaca Voice reports the victim was William Metro, known as “The Magic Man.” Metro tells the Voice he was ambushed by a group of teenagers, some of whom shot at him with pellet guns.
The Ithaca Police Department has not issued an update since their initial release late Monday night. Metro says he was punched and kicked. He suffered minor injuries, and reportedly plans to press charges.
