This home has an outdoor pool without a screen enclosure that is cleaned and serviced once a week. Please be aware that in-between the weekly clean all outdoor pools are susceptible to some minor debris such as mulch or leaves being blown into the pool. Especially during periods of heavy rain. A skimmer net is provided to remove any debris in between the weekly cleans.

The Enchanted Dwellings at Magic Springs was a major disappointment. The accommodation was run-down and in desperate need of renovation. The furniture was old and uncomfortable, the carpets were stained, and the overall cleanliness was subpar. Despite being marketed as a magical experience, there was nothing enchanting about our stay. The staff was unhelpful and unprofessional, and it seemed like they were not properly trained to handle customer concerns. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and magical retreat.

Additionally, the amenities promised were lacking or non-existent. The advertised spa turned out to be a small bathtub with lukewarm water, and the supposed magical creatures were nowhere to be found. The only thing magical about this place was the exorbitant prices they charged for such a disappointing experience. Save your money and look elsewhere for an enchanting getaway.

Words cannot express my disappointment with the Enchanted Dwellings at Magic Springs. Our stay was anything but enchanting. The facilities were poorly maintained, and everything seemed outdated and worn. The overall hygiene was questionable, and I could not ignore the unpleasant odors coming from our room. The staff was disinterested and unhelpful, further adding to our frustration. It's shocking that this place is still in operation. Stay away if you're looking for a magical experience. It will only leave you feeling let down and wishing you had chosen a different destination.

The overall experience was underwhelming and far from what was advertised. Save your money and book a stay somewhere else that actually lives up to its magical claims.
