I was really excited to try the "Elf on the Shelf Magic Portal" as I thought it would add an extra level of excitement to our holiday traditions. However, I was extremely disappointed with the product. First of all, it was incredibly difficult to set up. The instructions were not clear, and it took me way longer than it should have to assemble it. Secondly, the quality of the actual portal was very poor. The cardboard was flimsy and it didn't stay together properly. Overall, it was a complete waste of money and I would not recommend it.
