Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) Policy We have a 1-hour Dead-Arrival policy with Overnight Shipping Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG), which means you have 1 hour after receiving your item to request an exchange. Any dead arrivals must have photo proof within the 1-hour period. Please e-mail us pictures within the 1-hour of the delivery. It is your responsibility to know your temperatures when ordering. Orders received by Monday evening will be shipped out on Tuesday. Tuesday is our only shipping day. Orders received Tuesday or thereafter will be shipped the following Tuesday.
