The Magic Gourd's Connection to Nature: Exploring its Relationship with Plants and Animals

By admin

"The Secret of the Magic Gourd" is a 2007 Chinese fantasy film directed by Frankie Chung. It is based on the Chinese fable of the same name. The story revolves around a young boy named Wang Bao who discovers a magical gourd that grants him anything he wishes for. At the beginning of the film, Wang Bao is portrayed as a young, innocent and imaginative boy, who often daydreams about having his own private swimming pool, a pet dinosaur, and other extravagant things. However, he is constantly reminded by his parents and teachers that life is not about getting everything he desires. One day, while running an errand for his mother, Wang Bao stumbles upon a magic gourd which falls from the sky.

Hi Tempesta,
Separate marked version of Butterfly Playing Cards won't be available until at least August 2017. Then a magic trick containing one deck might come out. And a little after that, refills will be available as well.

Every backer will be getting a BackerKit survey in early January, where you ll be able to specify how many unmarked BLUE decks and how many unmarked RED decks you want. The unique marking system hidden in the back-design of The Butterfly Playing Cards contains two different marking systems that can be used separately, but they will make you a miracle worker if they are combined.

Chris Kenner - This is a game changer.

Daryl - This is the most ingeniously designed marked deck I have ever seen in my life! You can do miracles with this pack that can not be performed with any other deck of marked cards. Wonderful. absolutely wonderful!

Doug McKenzie - So *** clever . these butterflies are going to fly off the shelves literally.

Héctor Mancha - I hate you for coming up with this.

Michael Ammar - A Beautiful, Brilliant Design.

Daniel Garcia - Such a good addition to a road less traveled. GREAT JOB!.

"The Butterfly deck will enable you to perform miracles not possible with any other deck. A true innovation in card magic."
- Richard Kaufman (chief editor of Genii Magazine - the largest selling magic magazine in the world)

What makes this deck so interesting?

The unique marking system hidden in the back-design of The Butterfly Playing Cards contains two different marking systems that can be used separately, but they will make you a miracle worker if they are combined.

Imagine: The cards are shuffled by a spectator and the spectator selects one without you looking. The card is retrieved and the cards are immediately shuffled by the spectator. All without you looking. You take the cards back and without looking at the faces or spreading the cards in any way, you know instantly what card it was.

Or how about this? The cards are shuffled by a spectator, taken behind their back, they take one from anywhere in the deck and hide it in their back pocket. Nobody, including the spectator, knows the identity of the card. They shuffle the cards again and give them back to you. You'll know the identity of the card in seconds without looking at the faces of the cards or spreading the deck in any way.

Imagine being able to perform feats only possible using a memorized deck, but now with a shuffled deck of cards. The Butterfly Playing Cards enable you to see the positions of all the cards in a shuffled deck.

And this is not an ignorant endorsement, I own this deck and love it - here is what I had to say about it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LyPmglWSmX0

Here are a few more endorsements:

Jeremy Griffith - Easily one of the most creative and useful designs I've ever seen on a pack of playing cards.

Johan Ståhl - Congratulations to all card workers around the world. A new era has begun.

Howard Hamburg - I only wish The Professor was alive to have seen this. He would've called it a masterpiece.

Asi Wind - There are many new beautiful playing cards designs. However this design will blow your mind. I can't wait to explore the endless possibilities.

Harapan Santoso Ong - This deck is too good to be true.

"you know instantly what card it was"
INSTANTLY is a little bit much said, don't you agree?
I think it would take some practice to get it "instantly"

Ondrej showed me this at the Castle and they are beautiful and clever. Of course it takes work, but in his hands it is pretty *** instant.

Looks like a very interesting and innovative marking system. I wonder how much a deck will cost as retail.

$15 plus shipping, I didn't wait and bought a brick of 12. The marking system takes practice of course, but with ZERO practice I can have a spectator shuffle and when they hand them back I can instantly cut their card to the top or bottom

The campaign is only a few days from finishing - a few more backers and this deck will be available in RED

There you can see all of the magic tricks these cards can do

Posted: Dec 16, 2016 02:32 pm

deck will be available in RED & Blue .

New Stretch goals:

325% INTERIOR BOX DESIGN

If we reach 325%, there will be a butterfly pattern all over the interior of the tuck case.

350% UNMARKED BUTTERFLY PLAYING CARDS
If we reach 350%, we'll also print the exact same decks - only with no markings.

Think of the possibilities .

An unmarked deck gets very handy for that one spectator who is determined to find anything sneaky about the cards at all costs. If you switch the marked deck for the unmarked one, he doesn’t stand a chance.

You can also take any card from the marked deck and put it in the unmarked deck as an ultimate key card. Combining these two decks opens a new door to another room full of possibilities.
You can play card games with these. Or it is more fair to play card games with these.

You can give them to a non-magician friend as a gift.

The unmarked decks will be available in both red and blue and you'll be able to choose them through BackerKit. Every backer will be getting a BackerKit survey in early January, where you’ll be able to specify how many unmarked BLUE decks and how many unmarked RED decks you want.

The secret of thejmagic gourd

Initially, Wang Bao uses the gourd for small things like getting good grades, impressing his friends, and winning various competitions. However, as he becomes more consumed by the power of the gourd, his wishes become more selfish and greedy. He even wishes for his parents to disappear, so he can have complete freedom. As the story progresses, Wang Bao begins to realize that his unlimited wishes have consequences. His selfishness and careless wishes lead to chaos and unhappiness. He soon understands that true happiness does not come from material possessions, but from love, friendship, and selflessness. In the end, Wang Bao learns the valuable lesson that one should be content with what they have rather than constantly desiring more. He also realizes that his actions have hurt the people around him and that he needs to make amends. With a newfound sense of responsibility, he uses the magic gourd to reverse his wishes and set things right. "The Secret of the Magic Gourd" serves as a moral tale cautioning the audience about the dangers of greed and the importance of appreciating and valuing what they already have. It conveys the message that true happiness cannot be obtained through material possessions, but through kindness, empathy, and selflessness..

Reviews for "The Magic Gourd's Role in Ancient Ceremonies and Rituals"

1. John - 2 stars
I found "The secret of the magic gourd" to be quite disappointing. The story was predictable and lacked originality. The characters were one-dimensional and lacked depth, making it difficult to connect with them. I also found the animation to be subpar; it felt outdated and lacked the visual appeal that other animated films have. Overall, I was not entertained or engaged by this film and would not recommend it to others.
2. Sarah - 1 star
I really did not enjoy "The secret of the magic gourd" at all. The plot was convoluted and poorly executed, leaving me confused and uninterested throughout the film. The animation was also lackluster, with stiff and unnatural movements that were distracting. Additionally, the dialogue was cliché and uninspiring, with no memorable lines or moments. Overall, I felt that this film was a waste of time and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a quality animated movie.
3. Michael - 2 stars
"The secret of the magic gourd" failed to captivate me in any way. The story was predictable and lacked any sort of emotional depth. The main character, the magic gourd, was irritating and lacked any relatability. The film relied too heavily on slapstick comedy, which quickly became tiresome and repetitive. The animation style was also unimpressive, with clunky movements and a lack of attention to detail. Overall, I was disappointed by this film and would not recommend it to others.
