- Jane - 2 stars - I had a really disappointing experience at Magic Screams Hot Springs Arkansas. Firstly, the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. They didn't seem to care about the guests at all. The facilities were also run down and in desperate need of renovation. The hot springs themselves were not as magical as the name suggests, they were overcrowded and not well-maintained. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place unless they make some major improvements.
- Mark - 1 star - Magic Screams Hot Springs Arkansas was a complete letdown. The advertised "magical" experience was anything but magical. The hot springs were not at all relaxing, with noisy crowds and limited space. The facilities were dirty and poorly maintained. The staff lacked knowledge and seemed uninterested in providing a good experience for visitors. Save your money and go somewhere else if you're looking for a satisfying hot springs experience.

The hot springs were overcrowded and felt more like a public pool than a tranquil retreat. The water was lukewarm at best, and the surrounding facilities were in need of repair. I also found the whole experience quite expensive for what it offered. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it unless you have no other options in the area.
