I had a horrible experience at Magic Blue Playa del Carmen. The cleanliness of the hotel was very poor, with dirty rooms and common areas. The staff was dismissive and unhelpful when I raised my concerns. Additionally, the noise level at night was unbearable, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was disappointed with my stay at Magic Blue Playa del Carmen. The amenities promised on their website were limited, and the pool was small and crowded. The food at the on-site restaurants was mediocre at best and overpriced. The hotel also claimed to have a spa, but it was closed during my entire stay. Overall, I felt like I didn't get value for my money and would not choose to stay here again.

My experience at Magic Blue Playa del Carmen was far from magical. The room I was given had a musty smell and the air conditioning didn't work properly. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
