Magical Mirai is an annual event in Japan that celebrates Hatsune Miku, a popular virtual singer. The event features various performances, exhibitions, and merchandise related to Hatsune Miku and other Crypton Future Media vocaloids. Magical Mirai 2019 was the seventh installment of this event and took place in August 2019 at the Makuhari Messe convention center in Chiba, Japan. The main attraction of Magical Mirai is the concert, where Hatsune Miku performs live through a large projection onto a transparent screen. The concert features a combination of pre-recorded songs and live performances by musicians playing instruments like piano and guitar.
