I find that having items in the home that help curb a child’s fear is a good thing. My 8 year old never let me try anything with her hair until she started playing with this. I find her, and her sister’s, sitting and trying to learn braids, twists and more. Then they will come to me and ask me to emulate it in their hair. Or they will try on each other.
