The color payoff was extremely poor and it took several layers to even get a hint of color on my eyelids. The shimmery particles were also chunky and prone to fall out, making a mess on my cheeks. The texture of the eyeshadow felt dry and powdery, making it difficult to blend seamlessly. Overall, I found this eyeshadow to be a waste of money and I would not recommend it to anyone.
2. BeautyEnthusiast101 - 1/5 stars - I am not a fan of the Elf Shimmery Eyeshadow in Black Magic at all. The color is not true to what is shown in the pan and appears more grayish than black on my lids. The shimmery particles are also very noticeable and accentuate any texture or lines on my eyelids. The eyeshadow also creased and faded within hours of application, even with a primer. Save your money and invest in a better quality eyeshadow.
