The attendant did not seem to care about the speed either, as they just shrugged it off when I mentioned it. The lack of effort put into maintaining the Magic Carpet was evident, and it made for an overall frustrating experience.
2. Sarah - 1 star - My experience at the Donner Ski Ranch Magic Carpet was terrible. Not only was the carpet incredibly dirty and stained, but it was also very slippery, making it hard to maintain balance while using it. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful when I brought up my concerns. I felt unsafe and uncomfortable throughout my time on the Magic Carpet and would not recommend it to anyone.
