When I went in to get three nails fixed that had shipped they told me I'd have to come back another day and make an appointment. Gel manicure should last longer than that. Appointment times me nothing. While we were getting our manicure two people came in for appointments at a set time and had to wait over an hour. They always offer a lovely conversation while respecting wanted silence when you are feeling less social. The atmosphere is very welcoming.
