Wiccan Yule celebration is a traditional pagan festival that marks the Winter Solstice. It is a time of reflection, renewal, and celebration of the return of the sun. During the Yule celebration, Wiccans honor the goddess and the god and give thanks for the abundance and blessings of the past year. They also acknowledge the darkness of winter and the start of the journey toward longer daylight hours. Yule is considered a time of rebirth and the beginning of a new cycle.
Finally, there’s the Inspire Magic Key. (This was previously called the Dream Magic Key, but that has been replaced for 2023.) This is the top-tier pass; it’s roughly equivalent to the Signature Plus, which had no blockouts, included MaxPass and PhotoPass, as well as parking for $1449.
Disney s website says, At this time, current Magic Key holders have the opportunity during their renewal window to renew into one of several passes that are being made available for this year s program. The other big news is that Disneyland has settled a class-action lawsuit brought by Magic Key Annual Passholders that accused Disney of deceptive business practices in regard to its Disneyland annual pass program, according to a court filing.
Yule is considered a time of rebirth and the beginning of a new cycle. One of the main rituals during the Wiccan Yule celebration is the lighting of the Yule log. The log is usually made of oak and is decorated with pinecones, holly, and other symbols of the season.

BIG NEWS has been announced for Disneyland Magic Key Passes!
We’ve seen several updates about the Disneyland annual pass program recently. There has been a lawsuit against Disney regarding blockout dates, and then sales for all Magic Keys were paused earlier this year. Although renewals have been previously available, the sale of new passes hasn’t resumed — until NOW.
Disneyland is about to resume new sales for most Magic Key annual passes! The Inspire, Believe, and Imagine passes will resume new sales at 9AM PT on Wednesday, November 16th. Note that the Enchant Key is not going to be available for now. Disney confirmed this information over a virtual chat.
Here’s a look at the prices for each of the Magic Keys:
- Inspire Key: $1,599
- Believe Key: $1,099
- Enchant Key (not available for new sales): $699
- Imagine Key: $449
When we got to the Magic Key website, we were first instructed to wait until the waiting room to purchase Magic Key passes opened.
Shortly after, we were placed into the waiting room and instructed to remain there and we would be added to the virtual queue when it opens at 9AM PT.
Head to Disneyland’s Magic Key website ASAP if you want to buy a new annual pass for Disneyland! Note that current Magic Key holders can still renew their passes as well.
