While the movie has a definite flaw and, as weird as it is to say, it s the main character the rest of it is a nice little sex farce, with plenty of risque winks and clever lines to keep things moving. It s supposed to be a mix between a match made in heaven sort of love between Alan and Laurie with a sort of elegant continental romance he had with Nissen that s just supposed to float away.
