Sea and pools:
The pools are excellent, mostly interconnected, there are children's, indoor, pools near with ladders from the rooms on the 1st floor.
In the morning we found sunbeds without any problems, if you go out after 12-00, you had to go and look.
I liked the sea very much, clean and beautiful. The beach is large - sandy, there are showers, changing rooms, a bar nearby. The beach is not perfect like everywhere else, when entering the sea came across small stones.
Before the trip, I met bad reviews about the steps to the sea, I can assure you that going up and down is not difficult, in addition, there is a detour without steps.

Room and cleaning:
We lived in a standard room, it had 2 large beds + sofa, TV, hair dryer, safe, balcony, etc. There were no bathrobes and slippers, there was a lack of iron, I had to pay $ 2-3 for ironing (iron at the reception do not give).
Overall a big, nice room with everything you need.
I didn’t like cleaning, somehow a blunder, without swans and other figurines from towels. In addition to cleaning, you must put water in the refrigerator, if you don’t leave a tip, they can forget about water (although it may have been 2 accidents).
Animation with sports activities:
The animation is unobtrusive, no one pulls anyone and does not persuade anyone to participate somewhere. The shows in the amphitheater are boring, the animators, of course, are trying, but it is clear that they are not prof. artists.
Shows or live music on stage with guest artists near the bar, I really liked it.
Sports activities are definitely an advantage of this hotel. We went mountain biking - hard but great, tennis - novelty group workout, aqua-cycling in the pool - weird but repetitive, archery - great, boxing - more like an intense workout.
We also worked out in the gym - there is everything you need, water, a towel (but there is no locker room, go straight in the form).

In general, this hotel is by far the best we have seen in Turkey and Egypt!

I took fish several times, it’s not possible to eat it - it’s just raw !! ! Look very carefully, in such heat from such a fish can be a problem! The only thing left was the chicken. Which a week later it was impossible to eat! A few times there was also something like goulash. And that's it! Normal dinner was only twice a week. This is Friday - "White Party" and Sunday - "Turkish Night! " Only on this day there were 3 hot dishes, baklava and a large selection of fruits! So if you are planning a good and varied meal, you definitely do not come here!! ! Of the big minuses, I want to note the boorish behavior and attitude towards Beach Boy tourists! He never brought mattresses, he went all the time shouting at me and the child. don’t take it, don’t spill sand, don’t carry glasses, etc. One day, I just had to send him away! Didn't fit anymore. Another minus is the road to the beach, for us personally as a child it took 10 minutes. But believe me, walking at +35 in the scorching sun, uphill is very tiring . . The child barely reached, even took it in her arms. In the first 10 days there was juice in bags on the beach, and then they simply stopped pouring it, when I asked the manager why, I received a rude answer.
Animation in the hotel. In fact, there are 27 of them. At least three guys were from Ukraine. But believe me, they never approached me and my child! But they were constantly spinning around the Germans . . The animator sees such an indifferent team for the first time! Children's animation - ZERO!! ! Spent a lot of money for the entertainment of the child. (because everything in the hotel - a trampoline, carousels, cars, cotton candy, popcorn - everything is paid! I had to buy and take my child myself. Because the kids club is a complete disaster. On the second day, they came to meet us. met not a pleasant girl, with a rude voice - Tamara (German in my opinion). She shouted at the child so much that she completely refused to go to the mini-club! They are still somehow following the Turkish children, ours is completely ignored! I stood personally and saw how she yelled at a boy of five years old .
Summing up, I want to say. The hotel did not fully meet my expectations for a good stay! The bright impression was only excellent, warm sea and a nice room! Everything else does not deserve a rating of 5, and even more so for a five-star hotel with ultra all-inclusive service! We will not return to this hotel!

There were always free sunbeds, both in the morning and in the afternoon. This year, from the very beginning of June, the water in the sea was very warm, wonderful.
On the beach, a bar with food is open until 16:00, with drinks until 18:00, there are also refrigerators with water.
Near the bar there is a playground under a canopy - swings, slides, a ship.
There are changing rooms, showers, toilets.
On the way to the beach, immediately after the bridge, there is a towel booth on the left, opening hours from 9 to 12, from 15 to 18.

I can’t say anything bad about food, I always had something to eat, but I don’t eat seafood, fish, so I didn’t notice their absence or bonyness. And upset by the lack of strawberries and cherries in early June, the berry season. I love desserts, I tried many different ones every day.

I went to meet with the guide, who said that if the cleaning lady came to you, and you said no, it’s not necessary, then that’s it, she won’t come the same day. My hardworking cleaning lady came the same day at 15:00)) After that, I finally began to use signs on the door. Cleaning was normal, towels were changed, once I got a swan with rose petals, bed linen was also changed every three days, toilet paper was given out in the right amount, liquid soap and shower gel were replenished.
The room has slippers, kettle, cups, tea bags. In the mini-bar water, pepsi, sprite, fanta.
5. Pastime.
This is the second reason the hotel was chosen. Sports, lots of sports, there is always something to do. Upon arrival at the reception, they give out a schedule of all activities for the week, A4 sheet on both sides. From 9 am to evening (with a break for lunch) there are some sports activities. Spring jumping, tennis, football, volleyball, fitness, yoga, aqua aerobics, water bikes, archery, group cycling trips for different distances, table tennis. There are towels and water in the classroom; lessons in English.

This year, according to the sensations, 70% of tourists are Russians and Ukrainians. Few Germans, a little more Poles.

I stayed at the Tui Magic Life Jacaranda and I have to say, it was a terrible experience.
