I just received the mug and the image and colours are perfect. At first it showed some specks of black on the mug when it changed from black to my artwork, but after heating it a second time I haven't had an issue with spots since. I think it just needed to be fulled heated the first time. I can't wait to place my larger order and surprise my colleagues with these mugs!

I am satsified but I had 3 cups out of 30 that got broken in the shipment. Could you please get back to me about crediting my account with the ones I lost? I couldn't who I should send this information to. Outside of 3 broken cups I am very happy! They came within 2 weeks! I would suggest perhaps the cups packaged at the top of the box have more plastic wrap inside their boxes, they will not break then. The shipping box looked like it had travelled and weathered the wear and tear from China to Canada! Yay cups are fantastic! I will be back!

The imprint color is the color that will be used to print your artwork/design.
If more than one color is used in your artwork, choose the two color or three color .
For full color prints, you may select the "Full Color" production method when available.

The image would only appear when hot liquid was poured into it, but it would quickly fade away after a few minutes. Overall, the quality of the mug was poor and I would not recommend it to others.
