Magic Springs Theme and Water Park

Great way to spend a day for the family. $10 for parking or $20 VIP, which just gives front row parking I believe. About $50 give or take to get in. No bathrooms on outside of park though, didnt like that but I understand why. A lot walking, naturally. You have one wooden rollercoaster on one side of the park, while the others are on the other side. Can be quite the adventure if you are wanting to ride more than once per ride and not at the same time. X coaster is awesome. The safety devices on this ride are very uncomfortable, especially in the shoulder region, but the ride is over in like 30 to 45 seconds flat. You go superfast with a lot of twists and banks and loops. Now if you like me, fluffy, if they cant get the bar to snap into place, you cant ride. Took two of them to get it on me, you should have seen the struggle. But hey they got it. Now the water park is nice way to cool down. My only complaint is that you have so many pools to choose from depending on what you want to do at that moment. The wave pool is,separate, the pool with all of the slides are separate, the giant kid playground you might as well call it is separate. So a lot of back and forth, and they are quite a trip to each one of them. Sundays are the best time to go because you can bring your cooler with you with drinks and food. Nothing can be glass and no alcohol of course. This will save you a bunch of money, because just like all amusement parks, things are a little on the pricey side. I suggest a cooler with wheels and not a small one either or you will be leaning over all day dragging it around, and yes you drag it around all day. Pretty easy to get around though with you occasional hill, which will be help out with moving it until you have to come back that same direction. My kids and I brought gatorade and snacks, but I notice some people bring sandwiches and have a little picnic on the side, somewhere or out in the parking lot. Awesome. Saturday is usually packed. This is the night they have the concerts. I suggest bringing a set of dry clothes with you unless you want dont mind walking around wet, which you will dry in the sun. Bathrooms, yeah good luck finding a clean one and one that doesnt stink. I saw not one water fountain on the entire premises. Keep that in mind. The water on the pools were dirty, but that is natural with all of the people in and out of it. I suggest wearing flip flops too unless you want to remove your shoes every single time. And I dont suggest wearing any expensive flip flops or sliders, because it seems like people misplace their own and grab the closest and nicest ones next to them. Unless you have someone watching your stuff all of the time, this can happen. This includes your cooler. All I brought in was some money, not alot, and my phone. That is it. No loss. I took a gamble with my sliders. There are these waterproof cases that can be puchased in the park, or even online, that hang around your neck, that allows you to keep your phone, your money, and whatever smalls things you brought with you, on your person at all times. Great $20 spent. Many different colors as well.

We visited this park on June 23rd, 2014. The park is laid out very well for the ticket price it was a good deal. Service from the staff was awful. Here are the following situations that happened. 1. When we first arrived and went through the gate I asked a staff person is there a map since this is our first time here. I was told "If you can read there a map straight ahead. 2. Next after getting our items into the locker we went over to the wave pool area. The life guards was all looking around and I asked one if you are aloud to talk to me can you please tell me where the blue large slide is. I cant talk to you replied the lady guard. 3. My family and I ventured over to the tube ride. Since there were five of us and only 4 tubes go down. We were waiting for my granddaughter to come down, when a life guard screamed at us "GET OUTOF THE POOL NOW". We moved out and stood on the stairs with water and held our tubes so we would not miss her. Once again the guard yelled," GET OUT AND PUT UP YOUR TUBE." 4. Later we went to eat. The pizza was ok, however chicken wings were cold and I was not about to eat them. The staff member stated "No they are not we just got them out" I said then you touch them. She said" Oh they are really cold so I guess you want you money back?" I said "YES" She said then showed me a receipt. I had to go and locate my family get the receipt and return. 5. Later we decided to ride a different tube ride. No one wanted to go down in the red tube slide. The guard stated, "OK we can wait up here but no one goes down until one of you go down the red one." We were held up while the guard below blow his whistle until I thought he would run out of breathe. Finally a man said I will go down it. 6. We asked several different staff members how to get to certain areas of the park and were told either, "I DON"T KNOW, or GO FIND A MAP AND FOLLOW DIRECTIONS." 7. The beer garden was another disaster. 8. My granddaughter wanted an air brush tattoo. Once she decided we approached the staff member and gave me the item # and the drawer #. He pulled out the drawer laid it on the counter and said," If you find it I will up it on her". We search the entire box and located the one she wanted. He put it on her. He did not give any instructions on how to preserve it. My granddaughter said "thank you." The staff member never said a word. I finally said do we have something on us that states BE HATEFUL WE LOVE IT". The staff member laughed. I suggest that you hire adults who have manners. The kids and/or young teens that you have working not only dont care they are rude and crude. I pray the rest of the folks in Hot Springs are not like the people here. Below is my opinion after many years of membership. Positives: Excellent Splash Zone for little kids. Great Rides for all ages. Awesome concerts from up and coming and many already famous artists. Great HALLOWEEN festivities. Nicely laid out footprint for the complex. One admission gets you into both a water and amusement park during the summer. Prices are considerably less than many amusement parks. Facilities are generally pretty clean considering the volume of people that frequent it daily. For Arkansas residents it is really close by and supports our state. An amazing fireworks show on the 4th of July. There are showers for washing up before leaving. Not so positive: Im starting with something the establishment cant help. The lousy attitudes of the visiting patrons. I ask that you take many of the comments on here with a grain of salt. Some people have ridiculously insane expectations. We see it in the world everyday. Staff as with many businesses now days could be more friendly. Lines for food can be lengthy as some have mentioned. I honestly feel that if we can complain about it being lengthy here we had better not visit the larger amusement parks in the U.S. because they suffer on a grander scale from this also. Parking is $10.00 which seems to be the norm. What gets me is the VIP parking which sounds like someone specials parking but is actually just any old Joe that paid extra for parking. Stupid. Call it what it is. Up front more expensive parking. Restrooms need updating in many areas and I do feel need more frequent cleaning because unfortunately patrons arent that clean and sadly tend to make unnecessary messes. Showers need more attention often. All in all this park is great. I have traveled to many other parks and from my experience there is something that someone is going to dislike. A Parking Staff member named Dick at at the amusement park that everyone wants to take their kids to in Orlando, lived up to his name one time for me. I was ready to take our 13+ member group elsewhere because of him. There is lots of value to this park and improvements have been going on regularly. As for some comments about rides being down I honestly have to say I have not witnessed as many instances as some proclaim. 2 summers ago we went almost daily the entire summer. I feel its being exaggerated. There have been some rides here and there down but once again what park doesnt? Maybe those people are less experienced with the norm at other parks.

1. Jennifer - 1 star
I purchased the Motkwn magic bluetooth karaoke microphone for my daughter's birthday, and we were highly disappointed with the product. The sound quality was extremely poor, and the microphone kept cutting in and out. Additionally, the Bluetooth connection was weak and would frequently disconnect. The microphone also appeared to be cheaply made, as it broke after only a few uses. Overall, I do not recommend this product as it did not meet our expectations.

I bought the Motkwn magic bluetooth karaoke microphone for a family gathering, hoping for a fun karaoke experience. However, I was let down by the microphone's performance. It was difficult to connect it to my phone, and even when I did, the sound was muffled and distorted. The range of the microphone was also limited, making it hard for everyone to participate. Additionally, the battery life was disappointingly short. I would not purchase this microphone again as it did not deliver on its promises.

I was excited to try the Motkwn magic bluetooth karaoke microphone, but unfortunately, I was disappointed with its functionality. The microphone had a difficult time connecting to my devices, and when it did, there was a noticeable delay between singing and hearing the sound. The sound quality was also poor, with a significant amount of background noise and distortion. It also felt flimsy and poorly constructed. I expected better performance from this microphone, and I would not recommend it to others.
