I was really disappointed with my experience at Matic Island Lagoob in Honolulu. The accommodation was far from what I expected based on the website. The rooms were outdated and not very clean. Matic Island Lagoob in Honolulu was a complete letdown for me. The beach that they advertised was small and overcrowded. The staff seemed unengaged and uninterested in providing good customer service. I would definitely not stay here again.
