I had a terrible experience with Magic Shoe Repairs. I brought in a pair of boots to be repaired and when I picked them up, they looked worse than before! The stitching was sloppy and uneven, and there were even glue stains on the leather. When I brought this up to the staff, they were unapologetic and refused to fix their mistake. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality shoe repairs.

I was disappointed with the service at Magic Shoe Repairs. I asked them to fix a broken heel on my favorite pair of pumps, and when I got them back, the heel was crooked and unstable. I could barely walk without toppling over! When I brought it up with the staff, they were dismissive and not willing to help. Their lack of professionalism and poor craftsmanship really turned me off. I will not be returning to Magic Shoe Repairs.

I had an awful experience at Magic Shoe Repairs. I dropped off a pair of dress shoes to be resoled, and when I went to pick them up, they had completely ruined the leather uppers! There were deep scratches and scuff marks all over, and it looked like they had tried to buff them out but only made it worse. The staff didn't seem to care and refused to take responsibility for the damage. I would advise anyone looking for shoe repairs to steer clear of this place.
