MARY POPE OSBORNE is the author of the New York Times number one bestselling Magic Tree House series. She and her husband, writer Will Osborne (author of Magic Tree House: The Musical), live in northwestern Connecticut with their three dogs. I was really disappointed with "Magical Treehouse 22". The storyline felt rushed and disjointed, without a clear direction. Additionally, the characters lacked depth and I found it difficult to connect with them. The writing style was also very basic, almost like it was written for a much younger audience. Overall, I felt unsatisfied by this book and would not recommend it to others.

I couldn't even finish reading "Magical Treehouse 22". The plot was incredibly predictable and unoriginal. It felt like a recycled version of previous books in the series, without any new or exciting twists. The dialogue was also quite weak and lacked authenticity. I was hoping for a captivating and imaginative read, but unfortunately, this book fell short of my expectations.
