1. Emily - 2 stars - I was really disappointed with the Magic Coat tangles and mats shampoo. I have a small dog with long hair and was hoping that this product would help with his tangles and mats, but it didn't do much at all. I followed the instructions on the bottle and even used a detangling brush afterwards, but his hair was still a mess. I ended up having to use another product to get his hair back to normal. Definitely not worth the money.
2. Jacob - 1 star - I do not recommend the Magic Coat tangles and mats shampoo. I have a Shih Tzu with fairly long hair and this shampoo did absolutely nothing to help with tangles or mats. In fact, it seemed to make the problem worse. It left my dog's hair feeling dry and tangled, and it was a struggle to comb through afterwards. I ended up having to spend extra time and money trying to fix the mess this shampoo created. Save yourself the trouble and try a different product.

My cat has a particularly long and thick coat, and this shampoo did nothing to help with the tangles and mats.
