As the beauty assistant here at Allure, I test makeup all day long (insert smiley face emoji), and yet no mascara has come close to the volume and length I get from eyelash extensions — until now. A few swipes of the deeply pigmented MAC Magic Extension Mascara lift my stick-straight, short lashes and bring life back to my Zoom’d-out eyes — so much so that the results are comparable to the eye-opening effect I get from falsies.
All of this lifting and separating took MAC R&D more than half a year to perfect. The formula lengthens so well because it is saturated with 5 millimeter-long synthetic fibers (they are some of the longest on the market; on average, lengthening fibers in other mascaras are 1.5 or 2 millimeters long). The fibers add “volume, fullness, thickness and most importantly, length to lashes — without fallout or flaking,” says Betty Quan-Young, MAC’s Product Development Director. The wand’s conical shape reaches inner corners while its dense wires “stretch the lash length and maintain complete separation,” says Quan-Young.

1. John - 2/5 stars - I really wanted to enjoy "Magic clios corvless" but it fell flat for me. The plot was confusing and hard to follow, and the characters lacked depth. It felt like the story was trying to be too ambitious and ended up being a jumbled mess. The writing style was also not to my liking as it was choppy and disjointed. Overall, I was disappointed with this book and would not recommend it.
