Knights and Magic is a Japanese light novel series written by Hisago Amazake-no. It was first published online in 2010 and later acquired by Shufunotomo in 2013, which began publishing the novels in print format. The story follows a young programmer named Tsubasa Kurata, who dies in a car accident and is reincarnated in a fantasy world as Ernesti Echevarria, a boy with a passion for giant robots called Silhouette Knights. Ernesti quickly adapts to his new life and begins working towards his dream of becoming a Knight Runner, a pilot of the Silhouette Knights. With his extensive knowledge of programming and robotics from his previous life, he excels in his training and quickly becomes one of the top Knight Runners in the kingdom. However, Ernesti's ambitions don't stop there.
