For orders dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a dispatch email from us including your tracking number and a link for you to keep an eye on your delivery. On the day of delivery you will receive a further email notification from our courier advising you that your order is out for delivery and advising you of an estimated delivery timeframe within 2 hours.

Should nobody be home, our courier will either;

• Leave your parcel in a safe place
• Leave with a Neighbour
• Leave at a local collection place
• Leave a card to arrange re delivery

An email advising you of their action will be sent to you.

Larger items direct from our suppliers

Larger items, primarily outdoor or ride-on products are shipped directly from Hamleys partners and may take longer to arrive. Larger toys are generally only shipped within Mainland UK and expected delivery times are included within the product pages.

1. John - 2/5 - I was really disappointed with the Asics guys magic speed. I had heard so much hype about these shoes and I was expecting them to be amazing, but they fell short. The cushioning was not as comfortable as I had hoped and I found them to be quite stiff. Additionally, I didn't feel like I got the energy return that was promised. Overall, I was not impressed with these shoes and I wouldn't recommend them.

2. Sarah - 1/5 - The Asics guys magic speed were a huge letdown for me. I found them to be extremely uncomfortable, causing blisters on my feet after just a short run. The fit was also strange, with the toe box feeling too narrow and cramped. I also didn't notice any improvement in my speed or performance while wearing these shoes. I would definitely not purchase these again.

3. Mike - 2/5 - I had high hopes for the Asics guys magic speed, but they just didn't live up to the hype for me. The construction of the shoe felt cheap and flimsy, and I didn't feel supported or stable while running in them. The cushioning also felt inadequate, and my feet would ache after each run. I was hoping for a shoe that would help me improve my speed, but unfortunately, these didn't do the trick. I'll be sticking with other brands in the future.
