With the use of VR technology, runners can transport themselves to different virtual environments, allowing them to escape the confines of their physical surroundings. This technology creates an illusion of running in different landscapes, such as mountains, forests, or even on other planets. The virtual reality experience not only adds an element of excitement but also helps to distract runners from any physical discomfort they may be experiencing during their workout.
