Another reason why this spell might not land on someone other than them having 15 buff slots filled, is if they are a cleric and they have their barrier activated.

I wanted this spell for my Cleric but now I'm not to sure it is worth the effort. I did see one in Bazaar on Luclin for 3k. I almost made that much pp in the 2 day camp. Who knows, I might just break down and buy it.
