Every Witch Way

Today I would like to share and talk about a topic that is very close to my heart: Every Witch Way. Trust me when I say that this is probably the worst television show that has ever been produced. Every Witch Way is a Nickelodeon teen sitcom about, you guessed it, witches. My little sister and I discovered it when channel-surfing one day, and the overall bad quality of the show led us to watch the rest of the season on Xfinity On Demand to make fun of it. The show centers around a teenage Hispanic girl, Emma, who moves to Miami. There, she discovers she is a witch with magical powers. Unfortunately for her, so is her sworn enemy from her high school, Maddie, and the stereotypically-evil principal. Every scene the principal is in, her entrance is preceded by a clip of her huge shadow on the wall. The fact that all of the witches’ spells have to rhyme adds to the overall cheesiness of the show. The special effects to produce the magic are poor, and makes you question whether or not you are watching a cheap Power Rangers episode. The show is hurt by the terribly-predictable plot line and way-below-subpar acting by the cast. One episode, Emma somehow turned herself into Nicki Minaj, and proceeded to go on a date looking like her because she couldn’t cut the outfit off with scissors.

Yet, why do my sister and I watch Every Witch Way? The show is so terrible and the jokes are so awful that it is actually funny to watch. We basically sit on the couch with a dumbfounded look on our faces when Emma’s love interest, Daniel, makes an iguana-themed joke. Seriously. Or when you find out that the principal has a secret lair in her office with detailed sketches of how she will steal Emma’s powers on the night of the Eclipse? Please.

In conclusion, Every Witch Way is a fantastic show. To laugh at. I bet any high school age kid with a video camera can make a better sitcom than that. I strongly recommend that you grab a bowl of popcorn, sit on the couch, and laugh your head off at how bad this TV show actually is.

But amidst the fear, there is also a sense of awe and intrigue. The witch, with her mysterious ways, captivates the imagination of those who dare to witness her flight. Her broomstick soars through the night sky, a symbol of her ancient and arcane power. While many may fear the witch’s malevolence, there are those who are drawn to her enchantments, eager to learn her secrets and harness her magic for themselves. As she swoops from house to house, the witch leaves behind a trail of mischief and mayhem. From turning neighbors into frogs to causing crops to wither, her spells have a lasting impact on the village and its inhabitants. The witch is a reminder of the forces of darkness that lurk in the shadows, ready to pounce and disrupt the tranquility of everyday life. And yet, there is also a sense of defiance in the face of her wickedness. The village can band together, relying on their own strength and unity to counteract the witch’s spells. They may never fully rid themselves of her presence, but they can fight back and protect their homes and loved ones. The witch is a formidable foe, but she is not invincible.
