The Magic Elf is a limited-time NPC who sells several boosts and items, in exchange for Candies. It was first added in Update 13, before being removed in Update 14, and re-added in Update 17 (part one). This NPC is removed as of Update 17 (part two), and re-added in Update 18 (Christmas Update). The NPC was then removed once again on 1/3/23.
