They didn't seem knowledgeable or passionate about their products at all. Secondly, the shingle magic itself was underwhelming. It didn't live up to the hype and I was left feeling disappointed. Overall, I would not recommend this experience to others.

The guides didn't give thorough explanations and it felt like they were trying to get us in and out as quickly as possible. Additionally, the shingle magic demonstration itself was mediocre at best. It lacked the wow factor that I was hoping for. Save your money and find a different magical experience to invest in.

They charged outrageous prices for mediocre merchandise and tried to upsell at every opportunity. The shingle magic itself was nothing special.
