I had a horrible experience at Pure Magic car wash. The staff was rude and unprofessional, and the wash itself was a disaster. My car came out still dirty with streaks and smudges all over. When I complained to the manager, they were dismissive and did nothing to rectify the situation. I will never go back to this car wash again.

Pure Magic car wash was a complete waste of my time and money. The employees were unfriendly and did not seem to care about customer satisfaction. The equipment used in the wash was outdated, leaving my car still dirty and covered in soap residue. The drying process was also subpar, as my car was left with water spots all over. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
